熬夜、體力差自行進補反「爆肝」

（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）部份大學生平時習慣晚睡，暑假更是「日出而息、日入而作」，經常熬夜玩通宵。除了睡眠作息不定時，三餐也常進食泡麵、鹹酥雞、配可樂、啤酒果腹，過了一段時間後，漸漸出現疲倦、胃口不佳等症狀。曾有男大生自覺體力變差，自行吃薑母鴨、麻油雞來補身，結果健康檢查肝指數發現GOT檢驗值為95（正常約15至41 IU/L）、GPT檢驗值為105（正常值為7-35 IU/L），擔心是不是熬夜熬到爆肝了？

補品吃太多加重肝臟代謝負擔

肝功能異常的原因很多，臨床表現出來的症狀常讓人誤以為自己很虛、需要補，其實中醫看法恰恰相反，吃太多坊間補品，反而可能會補到發炎的肝臟，導致肝指數飆高，甚至出現爆肝情形。

衛福部南投醫院中醫科醫師張慈文表示，肝臟是負責代謝的器官，它可以把吃進身體內的食物、藥物做一個解毒的工作，而它一但超過負荷或者塞住，有害的物質來不及代謝，就可能發生發炎狀況。

避免吃重口味、過度滋補食物

張慈文醫師表示，中醫認為肝炎導致疲倦，不是因為虛弱，而是身體堆積太多濕熱、無法代謝掉的東西，導致肝臟功能失調。毒素排不走，就容易發炎，感覺沉重、悶熱、提不起勁。肝臟附近的消化器官如胃、小腸、膽囊，也會受到影響，出現胃口不佳、腹部堵脹、嘴巴覺得苦的症狀。此時如果不先清理，一味滋補反而加重病情，局部濕熱情況更加嚴重，疲倦感無法消退，反而更沉重。

生活上可以怎麼減少肝臟的負擔呢？張慈文醫師表示，飲食上，綠豆湯、薄荷茶、薏仁水、綠茶都是方便又隨手可得的飲品；生活作息應在晚上11點至3點肝膽經氣血旺盛時準時睡覺。另外應避免過度重口味或過於滋補的補品，天天進補會加重肝臟發炎狀況。若想調整體質，建議至中醫科，讓專業醫師協助調配。
